12 year old patient entered the office with above surgical threshold 41 degree scoliosis in 2018. For two years she followed CLEAR and Scolibrace protocol. She had a 20 degree Cobb angle reduction in 2020. The next 2 years she slept in an updated Scolibrace due to gaining two inches in height. Her four post Xray in 2022 shows a 24 degree Cobb angle well below 40 degree surgical threshold.
