Study Highlights:
This project tested 100 collegiate athletes and identified that abnormal posture rotations and translations of the head, thoracic cage, and pelvis have consequences that lead to inefficient cardiovascular and pulmonary performance measures. Further, the project identified that altered postures lead to inefficient athletic skill assessments (sprint, vertical leap, and balance).
